Terms and conditions:

1. The promoter is: Tikabu Pty Ltd (ABN: 65 620 382 292), whose registered office is located in Kirribilli, NSW.
2. The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over except employees of Tikabu or its customers and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. Route to entry for the competition is through LinkedIn.
5. Only one entry will be accepted per organisation. Multiple entries from the same person or organisation will be treated as a single entry.
6. Closing date for entry is 14 September 2020. After this date, the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
7. Entries may be closed early if the advertising budget of the giveaway is reached.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
1. Sign up on our LinkedIn page, LinkedIn InMail or direct email for a free Glue demonstration.
2. Follow Tikabu on LinkedIn.
3. After we demo Glue for your business, you'll go into the running for a free Tikabu cyber security assessment.
10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to parties already entered as soon as possible by the promoter.
11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
12. The Glue demo is to run before 11 September 2020.
13. Tikabu will deliver the assessment report no later than four weeks after data is received.
14. Glue licence valid only during security assessment and will expire when report is delivered.
15. All data remains the property of the customer and will be deleted by Tikabu when the report has been confirmed as delivered by the customer.
16. No data will be shared externally of Tikabu, and no data will be shared internally of Tikabu outside staff directly involved in the delivery of the security assessment.
17. The winning company must be a new customer/prospect -- that is, have not had open discussions or open sales opportunities with Tikabu as of 31 July 2020.
18. The prize is as follows:
1. One security assessment using Tikabu's Glue software platform. Providing information and reports on the winning company's coverage and effectiveness of its vulnerability management, patching, and endpoint-protection security controls. The temporary Glue licence, project management and consulting services that make up this prize total a value of $15,000 AUD, ex GST.
2. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
19. Winners will be chosen by a panel of judges appointed by the promoter.
20. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone call within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
21. The promoter will coordinate with the winner when and how the prize can be delivered.
22. The promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
23. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
24. The winner agrees to the use of his/her organisation's name and image in any publicity material relating to this competition. Any data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party.
25. The winner's name will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: info@tikabu.com.au.
26. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
27. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, LinkedIn, Twitter or any other social network.
